NAME
    gcloud alpha compute network-policies create - create a Compute Engine
        network policy

SYNOPSIS
    gcloud alpha compute network-policies create NETWORK_POLICY
        [--description=DESCRIPTION] [--region=REGION] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
    (ALPHA) gcloud alpha compute network-policies create is used to create
    network policies. A network policy is a set of rules that classifies
    network traffic.

EXAMPLES
    To create a regional network policy named my-region-policy under project
    with ID test-project, in region my-region, run:

        $ gcloud alpha compute network-policies create my-region-policy \
            --project=test-project --region=my-region

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
     NETWORK_POLICY
        name of the network policy to create.

FLAGS
     --description=DESCRIPTION
        An optional, textual description for the network policy.

     --region=REGION
        Region of the network policy to create. Overrides the default
        compute/region property value for this command invocation.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
    These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

NOTES
    This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this
    command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct
    project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early
    access allowlist. This variant is also available:

        $ gcloud beta compute network-policies create
