SYNOPSIS
    gcloud alpha compute rollout-plans create NAME
        --waves-from-file=WAVES_FROM_FILE [--description=DESCRIPTION]
        [--location-scope=LOCATION_SCOPE; default="ZONAL"]
        [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
    (ALPHA) Create a Google Compute Engine rollout plan.

EXAMPLES
    To create a rollout plan named my-rollout-plan from a wave definition file
    named waves.json, run:

        $ gcloud alpha compute rollout-plans create my-rollout-plan \
            --description="rollout plan description" \
            --location-scope=ZONAL --waves-from-file=waves.json

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
     Rollout plan resource - Name of the rollout plan to create. This
     represents a Cloud resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given
     arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.

     To set the project attribute:
      ◆ provide the argument name on the command line with a fully specified
        name;
      ◆ provide the argument --project on the command line;
      ◆ set the property core/project.

     This must be specified.

       NAME
          ID of the rollout plan or fully qualified identifier for the rollout
          plan.

          To set the name attribute:
          ▸ provide the argument name on the command line.

REQUIRED FLAGS
     --waves-from-file=WAVES_FROM_FILE
        Path to a YAML or JSON file containing the wave definitions for the
        rollout plan.

OPTIONAL FLAGS
     --description=DESCRIPTION
        An optional description of this rollout plan.

     --location-scope=LOCATION_SCOPE; default="ZONAL"
        The location scope of the rollout plan. LOCATION_SCOPE must be one of:
        ZONAL, REGIONAL.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
    These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

NOTES
    This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this
    command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct
    project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early
    access allowlist. These variants are also available:

        $ gcloud compute rollout-plans create

        $ gcloud beta compute rollout-plans create
