NAME
gcloud alpha datastore indexes create - create new datastore indexes based
        on your local index configuration

SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha datastore indexes create INDEX_FILE [--database=DATABASE]
        [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA) Create new datastore indexes based on your local index
configuration. Any indexes in your index file that do not exist will be
    created.

EXAMPLES
To create new indexes based on your local configuration, run:

$ gcloud alpha datastore indexes create ~/myapp/index.yaml

Detailed information about index configuration can be found at the
    index.yaml reference
    (https://cloud.google.com/datastore/docs/tools/indexconfig).

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
     INDEX_FILE
The path to your index.yaml file. For a detailed look into defining
your index.yaml file, refer to this configuration guide:
        https://cloud.google.com/datastore/docs/tools/indexconfig#Datastore_About_index_yaml

FLAGS
     --database=DATABASE
The database to operate on. If not specified, the CLI refers the
        (default) database by default.

For example, to operate on database testdb:

$ gcloud alpha datastore indexes create --database='testdb'

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

Run $ gcloud help for details.

NOTES
This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this
command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct
project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early
access allowlist. These variants are also available:

        $ gcloud datastore indexes create

$ gcloud beta datastore indexes create
