NAME
    gcloud alpha endpoints operations describe - describes an operation
        resource for a given operation name

SYNOPSIS
    gcloud alpha endpoints operations describe OPERATION [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
    (ALPHA) This command will return information about an operation given the
    name of that operation.

    Note that the operations/ prefix of the operation name is optional and may
    be omitted.

EXAMPLES
    To describe an operation resource named
    operations/serviceConfigs.my-service.1, run:

        $ gcloud alpha endpoints operations describe \
            serviceConfigs.my-service.1

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
     OPERATION
        The name of the operation to describe.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
    These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

NOTES
    This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this
    command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct
    project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early
    access allowlist. These variants are also available:

        $ gcloud endpoints operations describe

        $ gcloud beta endpoints operations describe
