NAME
gcloud beta app-lifecycle-manager flags revisions delete - delete Flag
        Revision

SYNOPSIS
gcloud beta app-lifecycle-manager flags revisions delete
        (FLAG_REVISION : --location=LOCATION) [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
(BETA) Delete a flag revision resource.

This operation is permanent. To prevent production outages, ensure the
revision is no longer referenced by any active Flag Releases, Rollouts,
UnitKinds, or Units before it is deleted.

    The safe deletion workflow is:

        1. Confirm the FlagRevision is not used by any active Units or
            UnitKinds (the baseline configuration).
        2. If the revision is active, initiate a Rollout to detach it from
your fleet. This is typically done by rolling out a new FlagRelease
that references a different revision or, if the flag is being
            decommissioned, a cleanup FlagRelease.
        3. Run this delete command to permanently remove Flag Revision.

EXAMPLES
To delete a flag revision named my-revision-v1 in the global location, run:

$ gcloud beta app-lifecycle-manager flags revisions delete \
          my-revision-v1 --location=global

To delete a flag revision using a fully qualified resource name, run:

$ gcloud beta app-lifecycle-manager flags revisions delete \
          projects/my-project/locations/global/flagRevisions/\
        my-revision-v1

To delete a revision as part of a script without interactive confirmation,
    run:

$ gcloud beta app-lifecycle-manager flags revisions delete \
          my-revision-v1 --location=global --quiet
