NAME
    gcloud alpha healthcare annotation-stores evaluate bq - evaluate a Cloud
        Healthcare API Annotation store and report to BigQuery

SYNOPSIS
    gcloud alpha healthcare annotation-stores evaluate bq
        (ANNOTATION_STORE : --dataset=DATASET --location=LOCATION)
        --bq-table=BQ_TABLE --golden-store=GOLDEN_STORE [--async]
        [--write-disposition=WRITE_DISPOSITION] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
    (ALPHA) Evaluate Cloud Healthcare API Annotation store against a ground
    truth store and report the results to BigQuery.

EXAMPLES
    To evaluate the annotation-store 'eval-annotation-store' against a ground
    truth annotation-store
    projects/my-project/locations/my-location/datasets/test-dataset/annotationStores/golden-annotation-store,
    and report the metric to the BigQuery table bqtable in the BigQuery dataset
    bqdataset, run:

        $ gcloud alpha healthcare annotation-stores evaluate bq \
            eval-annotation-store \
            --golden-store=projects/my-project/locations/my-location/\
        datasets/test-dataset/annotationStores/golden-annotation-store \
            --bq-table=bq://my-project.bqdataset.bqtable \
            --dataset=test-dataset

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
     AnnotationStore resource - Cloud Healthcare API Annotation store to be
     evaluated. The arguments in this group can be used to specify the
     attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given
     arguments in this group but can be set in other ways. To set the project
     attribute:
      ◆ provide the argument annotation_store on the command line with a
        fully specified name;
      ◆ provide the argument --project on the command line;
      ◆ set the property core/project.

     This must be specified.

       ANNOTATION_STORE
          ID of the annotationStore or fully qualified identifier for the
          annotationStore. To set the annotation_store attribute:
          ▸ provide the argument annotation_store on the command line.

          This positional must be specified if any of the other arguments in
          this group are specified.

       --dataset=DATASET
          Cloud Healthcare dataset. To set the dataset attribute:
          ▸ provide the argument annotation_store on the command line with a
            fully specified name;
          ▸ provide the argument --dataset on the command line.

       --location=LOCATION
          Google Cloud location. To set the location attribute:
          ▸ provide the argument annotation_store on the command line with a
            fully specified name;
          ▸ provide the argument --location on the command line;
          ▸ set the property healthcare/location.

REQUIRED FLAGS
     --bq-table=BQ_TABLE
        BigQuery table where evaluation results are written.

     --golden-store=GOLDEN_STORE
        Ground truth AnnotationStore to compare against.

OPTIONAL FLAGS
     --async
        Return immediately, without waiting for the operation in progress to
        complete.

     --write-disposition=WRITE_DISPOSITION
        Determines whether existing table in the destination dataset are
        overwritten or appended to. WRITE_DISPOSITION must be one of:

         write-append
            Append data to the existing table.

         write-empty
            Only export data if the destination table is empty.

         write-truncate
            Erase all existing data in a table before writing the instances.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
    These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

    Run $ gcloud help for details.
