+    (BETA) Creates a new AlloyDB secondary instance within a given cluster.

+EXAMPLES
+    To create a new secondary instance, run:

+            --cluster=my-cluster --region=us-central1
+
+POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
+     INSTANCE
+        AlloyDB instance ID
