+DESCRIPTION
+    (ALPHA) Once pause is triggered, if eligible, the job will enter the
+    JOB_STATE_PAUSING state, and eventually transition into the
+    JOB_STATE_PAUSED state if the operation is successful. If the operation is
+    not successful, the job will remain in JOB_STATE_RUNNING state.
