+DESCRIPTION
+    (ALPHA) Create a Managed Flink deployment.
+
+EXAMPLES
+    To create a Managed Flink deployment, run:
+
+        $ gcloud alpha managed-flink deployments create my-deployment \
+          --location=us-central1
+
+    To create a Managed Flink deployment with all optional parameters set, run:
+
+        $ gcloud alpha managed-flink deployments create my-deployment \
+          --location=us-central1 --max-slots=100 \
+          --secrets-path=projects/my-project/secrets/my-secret/versions/\
+        1 --network-config-vpc=my-vpc \
+            --network-config-subnetwork=my-subnetwork

+POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
+     Deployment resource - Identifies the deployment for which the command
+     runs. The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of
+     this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this
+     group but can be set in other ways.
+
+     To set the project attribute:
+      ◆ provide the argument deployment on the command line with a fully
+        specified name;
+      ◆ provide the argument --project on the command line;
+      ◆ set the property core/project.
+
+     This must be specified.
+
+       DEPLOYMENT
+          ID of the deployment or fully qualified identifier for the
+          deployment.
+
+          To set the deployment attribute:
+          ▸ provide the argument deployment on the command line.
+
+          This positional argument must be specified if any of the other
+          arguments in this group are specified.
+
+       --location=LOCATION
+          ID of the location of the Apache Flink for BigQuery resource. See
+          https://cloud.google.com/managed-flink/docs/locations for a list of
+          supported locations.
+
+          To set the location attribute:
+          ▸ provide the argument deployment on the command line with a fully
+            specified name;
+          ▸ provide the argument --location on the command line.
+
+REQUIRED FLAGS
+     --max-slots=MAX_SLOTS
+        max slots of the Flink deployment.
+
+OPTIONAL FLAGS
+     --async
+        Return immediately, without waiting for the operation in progress to
+        complete.
+
+     --display-name=DISPLAY_NAME
+        display name of the Flink deployment.
+
+     --secrets-path=SECRETS_PATH
+        path to the secrets manager for the Flink deployment. (ie.
+        projects/{my-project}/secrets/{my-secret}/versions/{1})
+
+     --network-config-subnetwork=NETWORK_CONFIG_SUBNETWORK
+        subnetwork for the Flink deployment network config.
+
+     --network-config-vpc=NETWORK_CONFIG_VPC
+        fully qualified VPC network for the Flink deployment network config.
+        Formatted as: projects/{project}/global/networks/{network_id}.
+
+GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
+    These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account,
+    --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format,
+    --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet,
+    --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.
