+EXAMPLES
+    To stop a runtime with id my-runtime in region us-central1, run:

+POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
+     Runtime resource - Unique name of the runtime to stop. This was optionally
+     provided by setting --runtime-id in the create runtime command, or was
