COMMANDS
    COMMAND is one of the following:

     create
        Create a new uptime check or synthetic monitor.

     delete
        Delete an uptime check or synthetic monitor.

     describe
        Describe an uptime check or synthetic monitor.

     list-configs
        List uptime checks and synthetic monitors.

     list-ips
        List uptime check server ips.

     update
        Update an existing uptime check or synthetic monitor.

    These variants are also available:
