SYNOPSIS
    gcloud compute target-ssl-proxies COMMAND [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION
    List, create, and delete target SSL target proxies for proxy Network Load
    Balancers.

        Update a target SSL proxy.
