NAME
gcloud beta saas-runtime flags describe - describe Flag
SYNOPSIS
gcloud beta saas-runtime flags describe (FLAG : --location=LOCATION)
[GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]
DESCRIPTION
(BETA) Show detailed information about a feature flag resource.
This command retrieves the complete configuration and status of a flag. It
is the primary tool for auditing flag definitions and troubleshooting
rollout discrepancies.
For automated processing, use --format=json or --format=yaml to retrieve
the structured representation of the flag's evaluation specification, which
can be used to programmatically verify rollout configurations before
deployment.
EXAMPLES
To describe a flag named my-feature-flag in the global location, run:
$ gcloud beta saas-runtime flags describe my-feature-flag \
--location=global
To describe a flag using its fully qualified resource name, run:
$ gcloud beta saas-runtime flags describe \
projects/my-project/locations/global/flags/my-feature-flag
To inspect the evaluation specification in JSON format for automated
auditing, run:
$ gcloud beta saas-runtime flags describe my-feature-flag \
--location=global --format=json
